Terms & Conditions

Works need to have been produced within the last five years. 
Paintings can be in any medium.
Paintings must be framed and be the artist’s own work.

The Title, Artists Name and address plus selling price if applicable, should be clearly visible on the back of the work.

 The species of flora or fungi must be from Western Australia and identified as such.
 A legend and brief description of species and location is recommended.

Entries  close 4 pm, Wednesday 23rd February 2022 and works must be delivered by 4 pm, Friday 25th February 2022 to Denmark Community Resource Centre,  2 Strickland Street, Denmark Western Australia 6333.

Artists are responsible for transport and costs of their work[s] both to and from the exhibition venue.

The entrance fee is $20 per work and must be paid into Leech- Partington  account-
Westpac BSB 036 609 Account number 026635 by the 22nd February 2022 
NOTE:  This account is administered by Denmark Community Foundation. 

Original artwork may be sold during the exhibition  

There will be a commission of 20% on all artwork sold during the exhibition

Permissions

All rights of the artist will be respected by the organizers and no reproductions will be commercially reproduced.

The Organisers reserve the right to postpone the exhibition/prize if there are fewer than twenty submissions.

Whilst every care will be taken the organizers shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the art.
